Introduction.
Steep Parish Council meet every two months at the Village Hall. The latest agenda is posted on the village noticeboards in Steep and Steep Marsh as well as on this website. Our elected representatives from East Hampshire District Council and Hampshire County Council are usually present.
Parishioners and members of the public are welcome to attend and one agenda item allows for 'public comment'.

Draft minutes from the Parish Council meeting on January 11th 2010 are available here. Draft minutes from the Extraordinary meeting of the Parish Council held on February 8th 2010 are available here. Note that both these sets of minutes will be formally agreed at the Parish Council meeting in March.

Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 made it mandatory for many public bodies to make certain information available to the 'general public'. The Parish Council are naturally included in this, and the materials below, explain and form part of the FOI requirements. More details on the act can be obtained here
